Dementia Care Content Scheduling Prototype (Winter 2025 — Present)
Lead the design and development of a dementia care content scheduling prototype with a 5-member team in collaboration with Zinnia Technologies and Duke University, supporting STTR grant objectives by exploring time-of-day content delivery to reduce behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia (BPSD) and support activities of daily living
Conduct user-centered research by synthesizing insights from focus groups with care partners of people living with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias, identifying daily routines, content preferences, and unmet needs to create preprogrammed content blocks within the schedule builder
Design and iterate wireframes in Figma for the schedule builder, translating research findings and expert feedback into functional workflows that allow caregivers to plan and customize a full 24-hour content schedule for typical and special-case days
Develop and apply two core personas—a co-residing spousal caregiver for a person with mid-stage Alzheimer’s disease and a long-distance adult-child caregiver supporting a parent living independently—to guide usability testing, accessibility considerations, and ongoing design decisions

Cryptid Dating App UX Prototype (Fall 2025)
Worked with a 3-member team to design a mid-fidelity, E2E mobile dating app prototype in Figma called "Lost & Found", a dating platform designed for cryptids that reimagines common dating app patterns through comedic and character-driven UX design with both clarity and usability
Developed comprehensive user flows and interactive screens including login/signup, cryptid profile creation, swiping and matching, in-app messaging, compatibility meters. and habitat-based location maps, translating all user needs into intuitive UI solutions
Investigated and applied experimental UX concepts such as identity, boundaries, conflict, and self-expression by designing lore-rich profiles, personality prompts, and simulated cryptid conversations, all iterated on for a balance of humor and demonstrating creative problem-solving through thoughtful UX research integration
